When planning an upskilling/reskilling curriculum between an enterprise and his employee, two questions should be answered upfront :
- who defines the upskilling/reskilling objectives ?
- who determines the means ?
By assigning an owner to these two responsbilities, either the enterprise or the employee, a model for upskilling/reskilling governance of four regime is designed.
We have named these four governance regimes by using notions found in the academic litterature [1] :
- Pedagogy regime
- Andragogy-M regime
- Andragogy-T regime
- Heutagogy regime.
An exemple of a training module under the Heutagogy regime is an Enterprise Adventure Game [2].
