An upskilling reskilling governance model [sept 2021]

When planning an upskilling/reskilling curriculum between an enterprise and his employee, two questions should be answered upfront : 

  1. who defines the upskilling/reskilling objectives ? 
  2. who determines the means ?

By assigning an owner to these two responsbilities, either the enterprise or the employee, a model for upskilling/reskilling governance of four regime is designed. 

We have named these four governance regimes by using notions found in the academic litterature [1]  :

  1. Pedagogy regime
  2. Andragogy-M regime
  3. Andragogy-T regime
  4. Heutagogy regime. 

 



An exemple of a training module under the Heutagogy regime is an Enterprise Adventure Game [2].

Nominations 2014 et 2015

La pédagogie "Short MOOCs en Réseau" a été retenue par la plateforme d'innovation ouverte de l'association Pacte PME recherchant pour le compte d'une entreprise membre un outil innovant de transformation numérique des ressources humaines.

L'innovation frugale du "Personal MOOC" a été élue Trophée IT Innovation Forum 2015.
